The Beautification Committee has been hard at work — in more ways than one — but one of those ways is the re-establishment of a Yard of the Month.

Members of the Committee will select an attractive yard each month (of which there are many) to be recognized by a tasteful sign, which can be placed in the yard. Over the course of the year, the sign will travel across the Coldstream neighborhood, recognizing families who have worked hard at highlighting flowers, landscaping, and the natural beauty of the area. We will feature the address of the yard here each month, so we can appreciate its beauty, (and get some ideas too).

You can participate by nominating a yard you think deserving of “Yard of the Month”, and by sending your suggestion(s) to the Beautification Committee at contact@coldstreamhoa.org. Suggestions for the featured month need to be in by the 25th of the preceding month.
