The Coldstream neighborhood sits nestled in a triangle between Old Bush River Road, Nursery Road, and Coldstream Drive near the town of Irmo. Rawl’s Creek cuts through the center of the neighborhood, pausing to provide multiple scenic views. We are just minutes from the hustle and bustle of several shopping districts. And just across the road you can enjoy the natural tranquility of the great outdoors at Saluda Shoals Park and Lake Murray.

Coldstream was built in the late 1970s and early 1980s and you’ll find a variety of home styles along the tree-lined streets. Named after the Coldstream Guard of England, streets like Bishop’s Gate, Fifeshire, and Sterling Bridge harken back to the Old Country.
