Welcome to Coldstream
The Coldstream neighborhood is a nice, quiet, well established neighborhood built primarily in the 1970s with a second phase built in the 1980s. An abundance of mature trees line the well-kept streets making it a great place for families out for a walk, bikers heading over to the park, or runners getting in those extra miles.
With over 1,000 households, Coldstream is one of the largest connected neighborhoods in the state of South Carolina. Nestled on the edge of Lexington County, between Old Bush River Road, Coldstream Drive, and Nursery Road, Coldstream is less than 15 miles from downtown Columbia, less than 10 miles from downtown Lexington, and right next to the Lake Murray Dam, Saluda Shoals Park, and the Harbison corridor.
